I just wanted to comment about this server even after a short while of playing on it. I played on Project Ascension for over 60 days played so I think I have a fairly good insight into private servers, especially classless ones.
Firstly, I love the concept of this server. Classless allows people to create and renews their love for the game. Yes it does not have the population of Ascension, but the interface is really nice and relatively easy to follow and everything seems to be coded well. I guess it depends on what you want to do with it? Do you want to have a small handful of people or do you want to get more people interested in it? If its the former, then my suggestions may be mute, but the server will probably end up dying by the look of the number of signups on the website.
Talking about Project Ascension, they did some things really well, and other things not so well. In the beginning, like Runeforged, they gave people free reign over selecting their talents and abilities, but over time - through constantly trying to keep things in balance - it became more and more limited, to the point where every person was basically using the same skills, the same talents and the same builds because they were simply the best for that role (tank, healer etc). In other words, the whole concept of true classlessness became almost non existant.
I think your server has an opportunity to be better than Ascension, by improving upon their mistakes. This also wouldn't take much in the way of coding. So here are some suggestions:
1. Xp rates: Most people who play on private servers have levelled countless toons before. I know a part of the fun is building a character from scratch, but most people like myself cant be bothered doing it at 1x for the 12th time. I think giving people an option of going 1, 2 or 3x would draw more people in.
2. Remove infinite/copious mana, health, invincibility: or at least let people toggle it. When there is no repercussions for your actions it turns the server into a kind of 'test' server. This is fine if that is what you are going for, I got the impression that the server was basically an after work slaughter release for the people still playing it. I would apply this suggestion to pets too because at the moment you can basically stealth afk, put a pet on agressive and go to bed.
3. Remove teleport option except to the trainer zone - which was really well done btw. Whimming yourself around the world kind of ruined the magic of it.
Basically by doing these things you will turn the server into a kind of ARPG. People will still be doing ridiculous dmg/healing/ survivability anyway through the talents offered, but I think these changes would draw more people in.
Hello there, default xp rates are x3 and the .xp command only serves to lower it. for example x1 blizzlike is around .xp 0.33 There is also a custom boss in Ragefire Chasm dungeon at the end of it, the Raging fire bot boss drops instant lvl 42 which allows peeps to skip most of the lvling and jump straight into the instance progression process which starts with maraudon and class balancing shirts. (these shirts will have more variations soon) Removing infinite power sources will bring back some bugs namely with rage to all base classes which have no rage by default and few other misgivings too, with which i struggled for a few months. New players are auto-revived only up to lvl 11 unless they are killed by a creature or player 20 lvls above them. Teleporting is available in vanilla maps for now, but it is possible i will remove it after some other things i manage to implement Concerning population it has never been above 15 players online since 2016 even when i am actively making content etc. Maybe 20 or even 30 peeps online might be reached with some more work on youtube but any bigger numbers demand actual large sum of $$$ invested into marketing purposes which is impossible for me. If I do have 20 or 30 peeps online i'll be happy though. Atm the concept of game is made for mostly soloing most of the content except some raids, vanilla end-game and above in outlands ofc. It is possible to solo some of those too but very hard and only with exceptionally good build etc. In any case with just 1 more guy helping u can pretty much do everything pretty easely, this might change if there is like 30 players online, then will rescale difficulty of all instances and elites, bosses etc.

Oh and forgot to mention players cant stealth and go afk as you suggested well at least not in instances, as stealth and sneaking around is forbidden inside of them, for that purpose there is the recoded touch of Zanzil aura which can only be removed outside instances by Black Flame master NPC
